Disabled vehicle with flat tire at Walgreens lot

As discussed during the dispatch call, an officer was sent to check on a disabled vehicle with a flat tire in a parking lot near Main Street by Walgreens and the municipal lot off Nichols Lane. The vehicle was identified by its registration and appears to be a green Ford Focus.
