Dust mistaken for grass fire near Highway 138

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire units were sent to a reported grass fire near Highway 138 and Longview Road. It was later determined the apparent smoke was likely dust from a nearby concrete facility, and most responding units were canceled while one engine continued to check the area.
