As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of multiple vehicles parked outside Heritage Preschool, with subjects in bathing suits getting out of the vehicles with alcohol. Caller said they appear young (age unknown) and have been there about 20 minutes; a unit was en route to check.
