Juvenile 911 open line from apartment near Kirk Lane (possible domestic)

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a 911 open-line/silent 911 from an apartment near Kirk Lane, Apt 14-2, with juvenile callers and repeated disconnects/button-pressing. Units advised it may be a possible domestic situation; callers were not clearly able to state the reason for the call.
