Driver reported for road rage on Highway 115

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a possible road rage incident near Highway 115 and 9th Street in Penrose involving a white older hatchback with no license plate, reportedly driven by a woman who was cutting off the reporting party and another vehicle and driving erratically.
