Intoxicated sailor escorted back to base barracks

As discussed during the dispatch call, base security and other personnel dealt with an apparently intoxicated, shirtless sailor who initially refused to return to his barracks. After being warned that base police could detain him, he provided his information and agreed to be escorted back to his quarters at a Navy installation near S Barracks Street in Pensacola.
