Two individuals wearing masks and hoodies were seen loitering near the 7-Eleven store at 9010 Belair Rd. They moved toward the CVS and Double T Diner. When police tried to approach them, the individuals fled and split up near India Avenue and Mapledale Court. Officers are trying to locate and stop them.
