Suspicious vehicle leaves McDonald’s parking lot

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a report of a suspicious vehicle that had reportedly been parked near a fast-food restaurant since Tuesday and then left, heading east on Shooting Park Road and north on Market Street in Peru, Illinois. A female associated with the situation was checked and appeared to have no record, and an officer transported one driver to the police department in a noncustodial manner.
