I used to live right there at Academy and woodhaven. and it wasn't the best then but ever since that 7-Eleven shut down, it's been terrible over there it's like the 12th time that Wawa has gotten robbed in the past 3 years maybe more. now it's like a dead zone rite aid's gone the only thing that's standing is Wawa which I mean that's a busy Wawa. aThe whole strip mall is crap and dilapidated. surprise businesses even staying business over there. every time I drive over there now I just think of like a zombie wasteland.
