Juveniles reportedly speeding on dirt bikes in neighborhood

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers received information that about four juveniles (possibly under 18) were riding dirt bikes at high speed up and down Granada near N 31st Ave and W Granada Rd. Caller was concerned due to other children in the area.
