65-year-old man having heart attack in Pierce City

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency medical units were dispatched to a possible heart attack or stroke involving a man in his mid-60s at a location on West Newman Avenue in Pierce City. Fire units were later advised to disregard after the patient reportedly refused medical care.
