As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch reported a possible road rage incident involving a white semi-truck with a white trailer on Route 23 northbound near the A plant, with the caller driving a blue Kia Optima. A separate medical run was dispatched to a location on Washington Boulevard for an elderly woman having difficulty breathing.
