Reckless tractor trailer reported on US 119 and US 23

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatchers received a third-party report of a tractor trailer flatbed carrying wood driving recklessly on US 119 and US 23 near Classic Pools and South Lansing, including traveling in the middle of the road, going onto the shoulder, and running red lights.
