Man suffering asthma attack with altered consciousness

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews were dispatched to a possible asthma-related medical emergency involving an adult male near Gardner Drive in Pikeville. EMS units and first responders were reported en route for breathing problems and an altered level of consciousness.
