Teen assaulted near Arthur St

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers are responding to a reported assault near Arthur St at/near the 4th St and 5th St cross streets in Bay County. A 17-year-old female reported being assaulted by a 19-year-old female (name withheld). A knife was reportedly involved earlier but is no longer in the suspect’s possession. The victim is reportedly waiting for officers at/near the Marathon on S Maple St.
