Disturbance involving man in hospital gown at Walmart

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a reported disturbance involving a man in a pink hospital gown who was moved from inside a Walmart in Pittsburg to the parking lot near a store sign, where staff requested that he be checked on and moved along.
