Youth seen trying to enter home on East Adams

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a report of a possible juvenile prowler near East Adams Street after a ring camera showed a 13-year-old boy with bluish hair trying to get into a house. The reporting party asked for the residence and surrounding area to be checked for security.
