Intoxicated group threatens caller at Loose Moose bar

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a third-party report of a group driving to a bar on Brownsville Road, possibly intoxicated and threatening to assault the caller if police were contacted. Units were sent to check the Loose Moose Saloon area, and the group was later reported to be leaving a nearby sports bar in Castle Shannon.
