Elderly woman falls, hits head and shows altered mental status

As discussed during the dispatch call, an elderly female fell and hit her head at a residence near Arch and Birch streets in Pittsford. She has altered mental status and dementia. A medical alarm was reportedly triggered but may not have reached dispatch.
