Neighbor repeatedly leaves items at apartment door

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatchers sent officers to an apartment on West Goodwin in Pleasanton for a possible ongoing neighbor dispute after a caller reported a neighbor has been leaving items at her door for about two weeks. EMS also transported a female from the scene.
