Report of person smoking marijuana behind theater

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were dispatched to a theater parking lot off East Johnson Street for a report of a man possibly smoking marijuana near the dumpsters behind the building. The man was said to be in a black Buick SUV, but officers later found the vehicle unoccupied with no one in the parking lot.
