Neighbor harassment reported on East Columbus Street

As discussed during the dispatch call, a deputy was sent to a home near East Columbus Street in Pleasantville after a caller reported possible harassment and being recorded by a neighbor. Deputies had apparently spoken with the other party earlier in the day.
