Male hallucinating after taking synthetic drugs in Plymouth

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews were dispatched to a lot at a mobile home park off Michigan Road for a reported medical incident involving a 29-year-old man who had apparently taken synthetic drugs and was hallucinating. EMS and law enforcement were requested to respond to the scene.
