check security cameras or drone footage , people are constantly seen by some technology, situations like this they don't get smaller they grow and at the very least people should know what is actually factually happening and we have the ability to know I hate how much cameras there are and how many more we are unaware of but it makes no sense to have them if they aren't going to be used when needed the most problems or possible confusion can grow way too quickly then anyone needs to be a part of. there are so many people who have succumb to drugs and who have dealt with mental illness mixed with covid and segregation is a bad combination and people are worth getting answers for this person might have had a donut in his hand for all we know a syringe would be very hard to see from a distance
