Woman suicidal, self-harming while intoxicated in bathroom

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire and EMS are dispatched to a location near US Route 224 West in the Willard area for a reported suicidal adult woman who is conscious, intoxicated, and has reportedly been cutting herself while locked in a bathroom. Deputies are on the way and the medical crew is asked to stage nearby.
