Reckless driving dispute between two vehicles

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a possible reckless driving incident involving two vehicles near the Point Pleasant bridge and a nearby bank. Both drivers reportedly called police. One driver claimed the other vehicle’s occupants had previously taken his dog, while the other callers said the man in the black Nissan Rogue had made threats toward them.
