Report of thick black smoke near lagoon

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded to a report of dark, thick black smoke visible near Edwards Drive and Ocean View Court by the lagoon. Units arrived and investigated the possible fire, with nothing immediately visible on scene.
