Welfare check for unresponsive man at apartment

The majority of these WELFARE CHECKS seem like impatient callers aggravating whomever they're calling. THere seems to be multiples of such calls in every small town or county which takes deputies away from more serious needs elsewhere. These bogus callers should be charged with filing false reports . . I bet that would slow these events to a crawl from the current events which are running our deputies ragged day and night!
