Pickup with camper parked in roadway by hotel

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a pickup with a camper parked in the roadway near Ridgewater and the 3rd area by a local business. Traffic could still pass by using the other lane, and the vehicle’s occupants were seen walking into the business.
