Vehicle blocks road after contact with power lines

As discussed during the dispatch call, radio traffic describes a vehicle incident involving downed power lines across both lanes near Middletown Road in Pawtucket. Fire crews were previously on scene, and there was apparent concern about a lack of traffic control on one side of the scene and damage to multiple utility poles.
