Police request tow truck after vehicle stop

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers coordinated with a reporting party near South Soto and later investigated a possible stolen white and black Ford van near Avalon and 65th. A tow truck was requested to respond near Artemis and Mission, possibly related to the vehicle incident.
