Armed man reportedly threatens to shoot police near Belmont Road home

As discussed during the dispatch call, units were dispatched for a well-being check on a pregnant woman (name withheld) at a residence near Belmont Road. The caller reported the woman lives with her boyfriend (name withheld), who has been texting that she will be in the ICU. The male is reportedly armed with an AR-15 and a semi-automatic pistol and allegedly stated he will shoot / shoot it out with police. Dispatch advised the property may have two gates; the owner is reportedly an older woman living alone. Possible mental health issues were mentioned (schizophrenic/bipolar).
