False residential fire alarm on Highlands Drive

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews were sent to a residential fire alarm near Highland Drive in the Ludlow Southeast area. The alarm company later reached a keyholder, confirmed a valid code, and reported the alarm was a false activation. Responding units were told they could stand down.
