As discussed during the dispatch call, authorities responded to reports of suspicious people and vehicles with flashlights around a new construction home on the 100 block of Buckmoth Way in Centre County. A pickup truck with a trailer was seen about 100 yards from a nearby residence as people appeared to move items before leaving the area.
