Loud utility pole equipment alarm reported, then stops

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews reported a loud alarm or squealing sound from equipment on a utility pole in the 500 block of East Norwegian Street in Pottsville. The noise apparently stopped while they were on the phone with the power company, which was notified about the issue.
