Female trapped after major crash on US Hwy 271 North near Powderly

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews were paged to a 10-50 major in the 7000 block of US Highway 271 North (Powderly Fire response area). A female patient was reported conscious and talking with her daughter on scene, later reported unconscious, and still trapped in the vehicle. Air medical transport was discussed with an estimated delay before availability.
