Bicycle reported stolen overnight on North Prairie Street

As discussed during the dispatch call, a caller reported a possible overnight bicycle theft that occurred around 2 or 3 a.m. near North Prairie Street in Prairie du Chien, Wisconsin. The reporting person is currently at a different residence and requested a follow-up phone call from officers.
