If you want to start talking to these people directly behind me, I think we could also do this. It seems a healthy. I'll kind of leave it up for the pilot and see this overhead.
00:09
But I'm going to see if you're right on the vehicle. I have to look at a helicopter there. We're happy to see the vehicles out of the way.
00:25
I'll tell you one alarm. All right, I see.
00:38
I see.
00:40
Per DPS[1], they have one unit on scene and they can get more units. Do you want me to try to get Prescott to go?
00:51
That's affirmative. I think where we're at right now we're actually going to have to land the helicopter on 89.
00:56
There's a significant amount of traffic that we're going to try to have to clear away.
01:01
With that, I do have patient information when you're ready.
01:04
Go ahead with patient information.
01:08
37-year-old male,
01:10
he was 804 GCS at 15. He has two open fractures to his lower extremity, one of which is his femur.
01:18
Cruise are currently working on stabilizing that right now, but mid-shaft femur fracture and then a lower leg fracture.
01:32
Alarm copies, I got a 70-year-old male, I didn't get the weight, A&0 times 4, two fractures, one, to extremities, one to the femur, and one to lower lights.
01:43
Alarm, I see, standby one.
01:53
How do you copy?
01:55
Good copy, looking for LZ inpatient information.
02:00
Yeah, I copy that. We're actually located on 89 at about mile post 308. If you kind of just follow 89 down as far as you're going to see a bunch of emergency vehicles.
02:10
Two options for you. We can have a dirt spinger that comes off of the spars.
02:15
That's a possible LZ.
02:16
Had a crew go over there and check.
02:18
They think it's definitely doable. But then we also have 89 itself currently working on DPS[1], getting some vehicles out of the way. But option to land off roadway itself. So figure it out like you guys circle overhead and let me know you think it's best.
02:35
All right, sounds good. We'll get overhead and take a look at it.
02:40
I copy, and for patient information, I got a 37-year-old male.
02:45
He doesn't have a mid-shaft beam or fracture. It is open.
02:48
And then also another lower extremity fracture, it sounds like, on the same leg.
02:53
He is a 804, GCS at 15,
02:56
no other injury.
03:05
Now are you talking about that spot where the truck is still sitting for the dirt lot?
03:14
Not seeing where you guys are.
03:17
Stand by one, let me get out of my truck and I'll see where you're at.
03:21
Yeah, there's one just behind, there's dirt pull off.
03:28
I copy that, yeah, that's likely it, that's the only one that kind of extends just south of the roadway. Okay, yeah, what are your winds looking like down there?
03:41
A light wind, maybe just a couple miles an hour out of the south.
03:45
Okay, good copy. If you can get those vehicles out of there, then that looks pretty good, but I can land there.
04:13
Engine 62, battalion 6, 130 alpha, medical, 1.020, 0,089, Walgreens.
04:24
We can shoot for the road, right where it gets wide.
04:28
Looks like right where that officer is walking to. We're going to be blocking the road right there, but that will work for us.
04:35
I copy that, we'll land in the roadway, and I'll advise the DPS[1].
04:41
All right, they're just, okay, he cleared out the motorcycle.
04:46
As long as it's cleared out, we'll be good to come in.
04:53
All right, cover that.
05:02
All right, you guys clear, ready for us to come in? All right, you guys clear, ready for us to come in?
05:11
All right, got the, uh, looks pretty good, we got Native 4 now.
05:17
I'm not sure where they went on. They've, uh, standby one.
05:32
All-arm, Injure 62.
05:34
Engine 62, bud.
05:42
Yeah, let's go ahead and roll a second AMBO.
05:45
Uh,
05:49
no.
06:03
All right, good copy. There's one person that just walked into the LV.
06:12
All right, copy, standby.
06:38
I need a poor botany line.
06:40
Sounds like that Dersen has been removed here and cleared your land.
06:43
All right, we'll be on the ground just a second.
06:47
Copy.
06:52
Alarm I see you.
07:07
Class unit on Channel One, open mic.
07:18
4 is landing right now.
07:20
We do have 89 shut down both directions.
07:24
Tourniquet was applied to the leg approximately 10 minutes ago and we should be packaging up to patient here for transport the next 10 minutes.
07:34
Alarm copies. Native 4 is on the ground.
07:37
Tourniquet applied 1345.
07:48
I tell you one, I correction ICA. Alarm, IC.
07:56
IC,
07:58
Did you want us to continue with YCSO?
08:05
That's affirmative, let's keep them coming.
08:07
I would imagine the roadway is going to be shut down for at least another half hour or so.
