Juveniles reported speeding on motorcycles near Prescott

As discussed during the dispatch call, a caller reported juveniles on motorcycles speeding through the area near E 3rd St and N F St in Prescott and failing to stop at stop signs. Report included two juveniles, with one described as being on a “Spree”/scooter-type bike and red in color. An area check was requested for this ongoing issue.
