As discussed during the dispatch call, a caller reported an older black pickup truck driving in the wrong lane on Chapman Road near the Arnold Brook Lake boat landing, nearly causing a head-on collision with a motorcycle. The caller then followed the truck to the boat landing area and waited nearby for it to leave.
