Reported sighting of previously stolen bicycle

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report that a bicycle previously reported stolen was seen being ridden near the State Street bridge and possibly by the courthouse area in Presque Isle, Maine. The rider was described by clothing and appearance, and officers were asked to check whether this was the same bicycle from an earlier incident.
