Reckless white Volvo reported on Highway 34

As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies attempted to locate a white Volvo with Utah plates that was reportedly speeding and at times in the wrong lane near (number withheld) North State Street in Franklin County. The reporting party followed the vehicle north on Highway 34 until cell service was lost, and deputies were unable to find the vehicle.
