Adult male semi-conscious, unable to speak at home

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded to a medical call for an adult man who had reportedly been unconscious and then drifting in and out of consciousness at a location near West Water Street in Princeton. Radio reports indicate he may be around 65 to 70 years old, had been at the location for several hours, had consumed some beer, and was unable to answer questions but was still breathing.
