is dollar tree even open at 759 am and maybe mom needed to grab diapers or wipes 8 in the morning dt isn't that busy nor iga. I know it was chilly maybe they left it run with some heat not to wake up the baby. yall worry wart too damn much when many of us was left in a running vehicle as babies and most of us survived in Iceland they put babies out in the stroller to nap in the middle of winter
