Person has seizure, now with shallow breathing in Provo

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded to a reported seizure at a care facility near North 600 West in Provo. The patient was described as no longer actively seizing, with shallow breathing and not awake. Units including a ladder truck and an ambulance were dispatched and an ambulance arrived on scene.
