Van swerving into oncoming traffic near 9th Street

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to reports of a white work van with a ladder rack driving recklessly near West 9th Street in Pueblo, possibly crossing into oncoming traffic before turning south and leaving the caller’s view.
