Driver harasses people in airport parking lot

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a report at Punta Gorda Airport of a man in a red hat driving a black SUV who was reportedly harassing people in the parking lot and may have nearly hit the caller before leaving toward the long-term parking area.
