Officer removes person from Knox Boulevard roadway

As discussed during the dispatch call, an officer contacted a person in the roadway near Knox Boulevard and Victory Drive and reported successfully getting the individual out of the road. Radio traffic also mentioned the person as a possible unlicensed driver.
