Officers stop vehicle near pawn shop on Highway 75

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers followed a vehicle along Highway 75 near Rainsville and conducted a traffic stop by a pawn shop next to a bait shop. Radio traffic suggested the driver may have been the subject other units were trying to find.
