As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch issued a countywide alert for a Honda Civic reportedly involved in a shoplifting incident at a store in Ramsey, New Jersey, last seen traveling south on Route 17. Officers were advised that Ramsey police were actively tracking the vehicle.
